Brass Bulletin 10 Years

It is now ten years since Brass Bulletin no. 1 appeared. With the most meagre resources, but a rather naive energy (how could we have failed to envisage the amount of work it would entail?), we have stuck to our guns. Because you made us feel we had to.

Our aim has been consistent: to promulgate as much professional information as possible by and for brass players; to promote exchange of ideas; to encourage consolidation of the personality; to stimulate personal development; to develop a respect for differences.

This is an exhilarating task which has already borne fruit since, dear reader, as you read these lines, so do several thousand other musicians in more than sixty countries.

Our constant preoccupation is to offer you ever-improving quality in both content and presentation. This is how we show our deep respect for our readers.
