For our part we will maintain our efforts so that you may continue to look forward to receiving our four issues in 1984. Let us hope that 1984 is a more peaceful year and one more suited to artistic expression.
Many readers are impatient when, on occasion, BRASS BULLETIN appears later than expected. We are sorry about this although, in a way, almost flattered. Let us make it clear that BRASS BULLETIN is produced cottage-industry style and that it is difficult for us to publish on set dates. So, to make things simpler, let us just say that we will appear four times a year — spring, summer, autumn and winter. Thank you for your understanding.
